Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from here in England. Simply select your required currency from the currency drop down list at the top of the website and then just add any items you would like to the cart. At check out, you can then select and input your address to calculate shipping costs.

How long will my delivery take?

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Next working day* parcel delivery with online tracking
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2-3 day parcel delivery with online tracking
(Orders placed up to 15:00 Mon-Fri, despatched the same day – *applicable for the next day service.)
*Delivery Aim for Royal Mail Tracked 24 is the next working day but deliveries to certain postcode areas may take longer.

Notes for US Customers
We aim to have all US deliveries arrive at US Customs within 48 hours of despatch. Although we have no control over the time it takes US Customs to process shipments and pass them on to your local US courier, we have found that shipments are generally taking 5-10 days from order placement.
Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be if applicable.

Do I need a PayPal account to check out?
No, a PayPal account is not needed in order to make payment.
We accept both PayPal and card payments on our website. You can use your regular credit or debit card to make payment and PayPal just acts as the merchant gateway in the same way that Worldpay, Sagepay or any other payment gateway would.
I need to change my delivery address, how do I do this?
